　　鹰赛探险国际青年领袖训练营将前往内蒙古呼和浩特，深入草原腹地，脱离城市的温床，在鹰赛的国际教练的引导下，克服各种困难与挑战，与同伴共同完成七天六晚的领导力训练课程，包括沟通技巧、独立精神、决策能力，时间管理、责任感等，学习如何成为一个符合国际标准的leader。

　　This 7 day, 6 night expedition takes place in the grasslands surrounding Inner Mongolia's capital city Hohhot. Each day will be spent hiking across the regions flat terrain learning about a range of topics relevant to older students. With learning taking place primarily along the journey, the programme also includes dedicated workshops in areas such as Communication, Independence, Decision Making & Taking, Time Management, Leave No Trace Principals, Responsibility, Conflict Resolution & Reflection.

　　Day 1 抵达呼和浩特、团队初相识

　　Welcome to camp!

　　领导力课程的第一天，也是第一堂课，我们应该学习到的是Expectaion--期望。在社会组织中，正确的分工和角色定位都源于你的expectation是什么。正确的方向比努力更重要。

　　通过各种破冰游戏和定调活动来熟悉队友。晚上是evening meeting，按照西方教育的方式进行，设定本周活动的expectation，同时学会打包练习，营地卫生，食物准备，水合作用，角色分工定位等等。

　　After introducing the trip and getting to know their fellow students through a range of ice breakers & tone setting activities, the programme moves straight into training workshops for the coming week's expedition. These include, bag packing, camp hygiene, meal planning, hydration, role & expectation settings for the week to come.

　　Day 2 角色设定和团队形成期

　　Roles and Meeting Structure

　　每位营员每天都会有不同的角色和任务：Leader of Day(LOD), Navigator, Architect of Logistics(AOL), the Doctor of Love等。

　　美好的一天从晨会开始。当日领队(LOD)会组织会议，分配各位成员的任务，队友们需要互相配合，并积极参与(participate)才能完成当日的徒步活动。晚上的分享会需要学到的是 Appreciation and Positive ownership (感恩和积极态度)。我们的教练会指导营员们如何背包旅行，防止脚上磨出水疱的方法，还会训练他们的团队管理，沟通技巧，团队动态平衡管理，决策能力，还有野外初级急救课程(CPR)，时间管理以及徒步旅行如何做到合理高效并且保护环境无痕出行。

　　Beginning the day with a morning circle, participants hike through the grasslands, receiving on the go training on proper techniques related pack carrying, managing blisters, understanding group dynamics, role delegation, decision making, time management, hiking etiquette & efficiencies as well as Leave No

　　Trace Principals.

　　Day 3 责任感

　　Responsibility

　　当我们还是一个婴儿，我们的责任是零;随着年龄的增长我们成为了少年，我们知道了可以做和不能做的事。当我们走向社会，我们身上有了各种不同的责任，但是却不会再有人在你的耳边告诉你什么可以做什么不可以做。

　　我们的教练会通过Circles of Responsibility 教给营员们学会责任感，同时教会营员对小组行进节奏控制，进行草原迷路场景练习，适应高温气候，防止脱水，定向定位，识地图，责任分工，木材伤害等。晚上的分享会需要学到的是 Appreciation and Constructive ownership (感恩和建设性态度)。

　　Students learn about how to take care of themselves and others in the wild with a focus on pacing, lost student practice scenarios, managing hotspots such as tender areas on the skin and feet, dehydration prevention, orientation, advanced mapping, digging cat-holes and learning about proper wood gathering for evening fires.

　　Day 4 SMART 目标设定

　　SMART Goals

　　SMART代表着Specific, Measuable, Attainable, Relevant and Time bond. 营员们在设计目标的时候需要懂得的几项基本原则，让目标具体化、可量化、可实现、现实的和完成时间的界限，学习如何设定有效的人生目标，衡量和跟踪目标实施情况，成为一个脚踏实地而非好高骛远，眼高手低的人。

　　After morning circle and breaking camp, Day 4 focuses primarily on SMART goals. Students learn how to make their goals Specific, Measurable, if they are Attainable, Relevant and what Time stamp should be implemented. This time tested model is used in a variety of industries around the world to set and track the progress of goals.

　　Day 5 冲突解决(CFR)和独处训练

　　Conflict Resolution & Solo

　　作为社会人，无论你是领导者或被领导者，人际关系危机永远存在并不会消失。学习冲突解决的意义在于我们不逃避冲突，而是直面冲突，寻求有效的解决方法。

　　上午我们的教练会帮助营员专注于冲突解决(CFR，VOMP)学习，下午进行独处训练。在进行过一周密集的培训后，营员们的大脑有太多的信息量需要整理和消化。第五天的训练也是营员们需要学会的--独处。每一位营员在教练指定的地点独处半天。营员们在广阔的草原上，没有同伴，只有天空，云和风的陪伴，静静地思考人生、社会和未来。在孤独中自省会让他们变得更美好和强大。

　　After morning circle students have a lesson on Conflict Resolution techniques where students learn about how to dissolve and help alleviate conflicts in a stressful situation. The afternoon is spent on a solo exercise where students hike to their own designated campsite. Solo exercises promote reflection and gives students the opportunity to spend some time on their own, learning to be comfortable with silence and their own thoughts.

　　Day 6 训练营整体回顾

　　Camp Overview & Reflection

　　早上再有一个主题训练就将结束本次的领导力课程。午餐是丰盛的当地传统佳肴，下午进行训练营回顾和自我检视的练习。随后将启程回到呼和浩特。晚上结束了蒙古族传统晚宴后，同学们就可以早早的在舒适的酒店房间休息啦。

　　Finishing off the expedition with one last push in the morning and a traditional lunch banquet, camp debrief & reflection exercises and transport back to Hohhot. The evening is spent indulging in a traditional Mongolian Dinner Theatre before retiring early to a comfortable city hotel.

　　Day 7 终极挑战、打包离营

　　Farewell and Return Home

　　随后我们的教练将给与营员们这一周活动的反馈及大家的收获。总结结束后，营员们将前往机场，返回家中。

　　Students receive feedback on their progress over the week from their instructors and have time to reflect on their own accomplishments before transferring to the airport and heading home.
